With Grace Potter & the Nocturnals, there really is more to the picture than meets the eye. (So don’t stare at the picture, okay?)
Okay, we get it. Potter is, of course, unfailingly beautiful, but she’s also a once-in-a-lifetime live rocker who flirts with greatness at every turn. Her band, led by guitarists (and bad asses) Benny Yurco and Scott Tournet, and drummer Matt “pornstache” Burr, give Potter the latitude to do whatever she wants. And together, Potter and the Nocturnals are about to take over the world with their upcoming album, The Lion The Beast The Beat, which drops June 12th.
Tonight, Potter and the Nocturnals will be performing today’s Jam of the Day, “Never Go Back,” on the Tonight Show with Jay Leno.
