A few years ago, I was pretty obsessed with the Via Audio song, "Presents." It's a seriously catchy song about two people contemplating a romance.
Now, the Brooklyn four-piece is back with the lead single from its sophomore effort, Animalore. "Babies" is a seriously catchy song about two people contemplating the art of baby making. Yeah. Slowed down and sexier by nature (I mean, shouldn't it be?), with a few dashes of purposeful kitsch, this is a definite jam, particularly jammy for this fine Friday.
"I know the world is overcrowded/ but I wanna make babies with you..."
And I love this song so much, I wanna have ten thousand of its babies.
Babies. (Just had to get it in there one more time).
