Open Highway Music Festival is back in St. Louis, and begins TONIGHT at Off Broadway. This year’s lineup features North Mississippi Allstars, Justin Townes Earle, Hayes Carll, Jade Bird, John Moreland, Caroline Spence, Tonina, Sleepy Rubies, River Kittens, Blue Lotus Revue, Cara Louise, and Elliott Pearson.
